Welcome to Reblys! We are committed to delivering our personalized hair care products to you with efficiency and care. Below is our Shipping Policy that applies to all purchases made through our website reblys.com.
Shipping Options
Reblys offers the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3-5 business days. -
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days. -
All shipping times commence from the date of order approval by our laboratory and storage facilities.
Shipping Fees
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders over ฿1,500. For orders under ฿1,500, a fee of ฿100 will be charged. -
- Express Shipping: A flat rate of ฿250 regardless of order size. -
Delivery Locations
Reblys ships to any address in Thailand. We do not currently ship internationally but plan to expand our services in the near future.
Order Processing
Orders of our Signature and Custom Products are typically processed within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders for Lab synthesized hair care products may take 5-10 days additional processing time, after we receive your hair sample at our lab. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and link to track your order online.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions associated with them due to their nature or the materials contained within. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.
Damaged or Lost Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact Reblys customer service immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Please refer to our Return Policy for details on returns and exchanges. Items to be returned or exchanged must be sent back in their original packaging.

Refund Policy

At Reblys, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that issues can arise with any purchase, and we aim to resolve them swiftly and fairly. Please review our Refund Policy, which outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products and receiving refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. -
- It must also be in the original packaging. -
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. -
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged, such as:
- Customized shampoos and conditioners -
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized -
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly -
Procedure for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone (contact details below) to notify us of the issue and intent to return the product.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your returned product.
3. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@reblys.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Insert Email] and send your item to the specified address.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
